Investigates module, inverter and workmanship failures, validates warranty claims with field data and lab reports, and negotiates remedies with manufacturers and insurers. Requires root-cause analysis, knowledge of IEC/UL product standards, EL imaging and IV-curve test interpretation, and claims documentation.
