Visits rooftops and land parcels to capture measurements, shading data, structural details and electrical service information used by design teams, increasingly flying drones for photogrammetry and LiDAR scans. Requires an FAA Part 107 license (for drone work), tools like Scanifly or EagleView, and comfort working at heights.
