Shanghai (Pudong) investor, developer and operator of commercial and industrial rooftop solar and battery storage in China, founded in 2021. Under its zero-capex Energy Management Contract (EMC) model it funds, builds and operates systems (minimum 200 kW; solar contracts 25 years, storage 15 years) so the site host pays a discounted power price or shares revenue. It reports 50+ MW of self-owned solar plants and a 300+ MW fund-managed portfolio where it acts as fund GP and integrated operator, and also offers EPC, BOT and finance-lease options.
